3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

749pub uses cookies and similar tracking tools to make the platform work properly and to understand how players use our services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit our website.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function — things like keeping you logged in during a session.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand which pages are visited most often and where players drop off, so we can improve the experience.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings, such as language or display preferences.

Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies through their settings. Keep in mind that disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain parts of the platform.

4. Sharing Your Information

749pub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted third-party partners who assist us with payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection, and platform infrastructure. These parties are bound by strict data handling agreements.

Any third party we work with is required to handle your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and is prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement multiple layers of protection to keep your personal information safe. Our security measures include:

• SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers
• Encrypted storage of passwords and sensitive account credentials
• OTP verification for login and sensitive account actions
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on our platform
• Access controls that restrict which staff members can view personal data

While we work hard to protect your information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to also take responsibility for your account — use a strong, unique password, never share your login details, and log out when using shared devices.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we may retain certain data for a period of time as required for legal, audit, or fraud prevention purposes.

When your data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked back to you personally.
